Join our yoga expert, Tammy Kaplan Spiewak as we create community through breath, movement, and meditation.

Our Yoga service starts at 10:15, please bring your mats and comfortable clothing. See you there!

Your voice counts! Here’s how the process works …
The Search committee makes a recommendation to the Board of Trustees.
Next, the Board of Trustees makes the decision to extend offer(s) to candidates.
So please join us for Shabbat and share your opinions with the Search Committee or any Board Member.

Join us this coming Shabbat, our next candidate, Rabbi Eytan Kenter will join us. We hope you will come meet Rabbi Kenter and celebrate Shabbat with us.

Here’s the schedule of events:
Friday, March 11 – services at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 12 – services at 9:30 a.m.
Mincha, seudat shlishit, learning/song, maariv and Havdalah – 5:15 p
Wine and cheese reception – 7:30-9:30 p.m.
Free babysitting will be provided in the youth lounge (movie night) and the 7th grade classroom (crafts).

A little about Rabbi Kenter: He was born and raised in Westchester, NY. As an undergraduate in the Joint Program with Jewish Theological Seminary and Columbia, Rabbi Kenter majored in American Studies and Midrash. In 2006, he graduated from the Davidson School of Jewish Education with honors in the Informal/Communal Education program. Following his ordination in 2009, Rabbi Kenter went to Congregation B’nai Torah in Atlanta, Georgia as the Associate Rabbi eventually assuming the title of Rabbi and Chief Learning Officer.

In his spare time, Rabbi Kenter enjoys cooking and playing basketball. He is a pop culture buff and prides himself on the ability to have a conversation with almost anybody on almost any topic. He is married to Staci Zemlak-Kenter, and they have a young son, Boaz Maor.
