Religious School Open House, Picnic in Unami Park at 12:15 P.M. on Sun., Sep 11th, After the First Day of School

Come One, Come All to the

TBEMC Religious School Picnic and Open House

Celebrate the start of a new school year with old friends and new with our annual picnic on the first day of Religious School.

This is a great chance for the kids to play with their classmates and for parents to connect with each other. We’d especially like to welcome families new to the religious school and those considering joining!

Please bring Frisbees, stomp-rockets, balls, etc.

Where: Unami Park, Lexington and South Union Avenue, Cranford (we’ll be in the playground area, in the middle of the park behind the tennis courts)

When: Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 12:15 pm – the end of the first day of Religious School. Rain cancels the event.

Bring: your own sandwiches. We’ll share kosher (dairy) side dishes and desserts.

Paper goods provided.

If your last name is:

A-F = drinks
G-P = side dish (i.e. chips, pretzels, fruit)
R-Z = dessert

Men’s Club “Day at the Park” Somerset Patriots Baseball Game, Sun., Aug 28th at 5 P.M.

Join the Men’s Club and watch the Somerset Patriots take on the New Britain Bees at TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater on Sunday, August 28th. Gates open at 4 P.M. and the game starts at 5 P.M.

The Patriots will be honoring Veterans of the US armed forces. Men’s Club is offering a free ticket to any Vet who would like to go to the game. Kids can meet the Somerset Patriots players prior to game for an autograph session and they can run bases after the game.

Cost: $10 per person

We will be meeting up at the ballpark. If you want to beat the traffic, you can take NJ Transit’s Raritan Valley line to Bridgewater. NJ TRANSIT allows two children ages 5-11 to ride free with a passenger paying any valid fare from 7:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 a.m. Monday.
